Paragliding in Kathmandu is done from the hills around the Godavari. The most prominent hill is the peak of Phulchowki. The paragliding viewpoint is around 30-45 minutes by car ride from Kathmandu Valley and is 2100 meters above sea level. The location is called Chapakharka. The whole flight duration for the Paragliding is around 20-30 minutes after which we will land at Rachantar, where you will be welcomed.
On clear days, amazing views of the central Himalayan mountain ranges can be seen including Ganesh Himal and the Langtang range.
